Aaron leads the overall operation and direction of the Aquarium of Guam, overseeing strategy, performance and guest experience. His role brings together the commercial, operational and community aspects of the aquarium, ensuring it remains a leading visitor attraction for Guam.

Alastair Cuttriss
Alistair is responsible for the care of the animals and the development of exhibits across the aquarium. Working closely with animal care teams and specialists, he ensures that each environment supports both animal wellbeing and meaningful visitor engagement.

Josh supports the daily management of animal care and exhibit operations. Working closely with the Curator and aquarium team, he helps ensure the health of marine life and the smooth delivery of the aquarium experience.
